Well, Apple has finally joined the party by jumping into the red-hot market for GPS cell phone tracking apps. Their Find My Phone app has quickly jumped all the way up 
to the number two spot on the iTunes free apps chart.
This app works with iPhone 4, the iPad, and 4th generation iPod Touch devices and it will display the current location of your phone on a map along with the exact time the device was located. There are even rumors that this application may soon be included with all new Apple devices.

So far, the app has received mixed reviews from users with the biggest complaint so far being the lack of 3GS support.
